This page explains, in simple terms, how Corvyo handles account, billing, and product data during the MVP stage.

Last updated: April 7, 2026

Overview

Corvyo is an ecommerce software platform that helps sellers manage product projects, optimize listings, discover keyword opportunities, and review profit-related inputs. To provide that service, Corvyo stores account data, project data, billing data, and tool outputs.

Information we collect

Account information

This may include your name, email address, company name, seller type, and marketplace preferences.

Product and project information

This may include product names, listing copy, keywords, competitor notes, pricing inputs, and other data you enter into project workspaces.

Tool output data

Corvyo stores structured outputs such as optimized listings, keyword suggestions, and profit calculation results so you can revisit your work later.

Billing information

Subscription and payment handling is managed through Stripe. Corvyo stores subscription-related references and plan status, but does not store full payment card details.

How we use information

Provide the product

To create accounts, authenticate users, store projects, and return structured tool results.

Support billing

To manage subscriptions, usage limits, checkout flows, and billing-related account access.

Improve workflows

To make the app more useful, practical, and aligned with ecommerce seller workflows.

Communicate with users

To send welcome emails, billing-related emails, account notices, and support-related communication.

Third-party services

Corvyo uses third-party services to operate the product. These may include:

Supabase

Used for authentication, database storage, and core backend data handling.

Stripe

Used for checkout, subscriptions, billing management, and related payment infrastructure.

OpenAI

Used to generate structured outputs for supported AI-powered product workflows.

Resend

Used for transactional email delivery and related account communication.

Data retention and security

Corvyo aims to keep account and project data reasonably secure using modern hosted infrastructure and authenticated access controls. Data may be retained as needed to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or maintain account history.

Your choices

You may be able to update profile information, manage billing, and request account-related help through the app or support contact methods. More granular privacy and account controls may be added later as the product matures.

Plain-language summary

We store what you need to use the app

That includes your account data, project inputs, and saved tool outputs.

Stripe handles payments

Corvyo stores subscription state, but not full card details.

AI features are product workflows

Corvyo uses structured AI outputs inside the product, not as a generic chatbot experience.

Quick notes

You can manage some data in-app

Profile details and billing-related actions may be available directly inside Corvyo.

MVP policies can evolve

As the product matures, privacy controls, workflows, and policy details may become more granular.
