Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Corvyo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Corvyo provides
Corvyo is an ecommerce software product that helps sellers manage product projects, optimize listings, discover keyword opportunities, and review profitability inputs and outputs.
Project workspaces
Users can create and manage product workspaces for listings, keywords, and pricing data.
Structured AI features
Corvyo provides structured outputs for supported product workflows. It is not a general chatbot service.
Subscription billing
Paid plans, usage limits, and billing access are managed through Stripe-backed subscription flows.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Corvyo may suspend or restrict access if misuse, abuse, or security concerns are detected.
Acceptable use
Allowed
Use Corvyo for lawful ecommerce workflow support, product research, listing improvement, and account management.
Not allowed
Misuse, attempts to disrupt the service, unauthorized access, abusive automation, or unlawful use of the platform.
Billing and subscriptions
Some parts of Corvyo are available through paid plans. Pricing, included usage, and billing access may change over time. Stripe manages checkout, subscription state, and customer billing portal functionality.
Free and paid plans
Corvyo may offer a free tier, Starter plan, Growth plan, or other pricing structures as the product evolves.
Usage limits
Tool usage, project capacity, and related limits may depend on the plan attached to your account.
Changes and cancellations
Subscription changes, cancellations, and billing management may be handled through the billing portal or other supported account flows.
Intellectual property
Corvyo, including its software, branding, interface, and product structure, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and business data you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.
Service availability
Corvyo is an evolving SaaS product. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time. Service interruptions, maintenance windows, bugs, and MVP limitations may occur.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Corvyo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the MVP stage. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Corvyo disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
